They have therefore committed to local job creation, capacity-building initiatives, and inclusive procurement strategies. During the construction phase alone, the project is expected to create over 300 jobs, many of which will go to local workers. Long-term operational roles and vocational training will also be offered to ensure skills transfer and local ownership.
